My journey in the culinary world began at a tender age, under the guidance of my late mother, may she rest in peace. She imparted upon me the invaluable secrets of crafting exquisite and flavorsome dishes such as couscous, tajine, Harris, bastila, and more.
Upon completing my university education, I enrolled in culinary courses, including those offered by esteemed establishments like the five-star hotel in Rabat. These experiences provided me with a wealth of knowledge, allowing me to master a diverse array of international cuisines, notably Asian delicacies like biryani. My rendition of biryani has garnered widespread acclaim, owing to my skillful use of authentic Moroccan spices, much to the delight of my satisfied clientele.
